    Made exclusively with premium Yamadanishiki rice from Okayama Prefecture polished to 55%, and fermented using  Shizuoka 5MT14 kobo (yeast), it showcases the clean and finesse for which Shizuoka sake is known for.

    Expect a beautifully fragrant riped grapes and fresh orchard fruits, leading to a rich, juicy palate with gentle sweetness and refreshing acidity.
