Crafted as a new exploration of flavour by Haginishiki Shuzo, this release showcases a fresh interpretation of Junmai, highlighting clarity, brightness, and drinkability.
Brewed in a Genshu-style expression, it delivers clean rice umami balanced by lively acidity and a sharp, refreshing finish. The palate is light yet expressive, with a crisp edge that encourages the next sip.
Produced by Haginishiki Shuzo in Nishiwaki, Suruga area in Shizuoka City. This sake reflects the region’s signature clean and gentle style. The brewery uses pristine underground water drawn from the renowned Abe River and this bottle is crafted by a new generation of brewers seeking new flavour expressions for Haginishiki.
