This elegant and refined Junmai Daiginjo sake offers a gentle aroma and a light, refreshing fruitiness, best enjoyed slightly chilled. Crafted as a pinnacle of Ginjo-shu brewing by Doi Shuzojo, this release highlights subtle floral notes, delicate sweetness, and effortless smooth drinkability.

Polished to 40% and brewed with 100% Yamada Nishiki rice, it delivers smooth rice umami balanced by soft acidity and a clean lingering finish. The palate is light yet expressive, with a graceful elegance that encourages the next sip.

Produced by Doi Shuzojo this sake reflects the region’s signature soft and clean approachable style. The brewery draws on decades of experience in Junmai style brewing creating a bottle that highlights careful craftsmanship and subtle but complex flavour.

Perfectly suited to sushi, sashimi, grilled fish and lightly seasoned cuisine this Junmai Daiginjo shines when served cold and enjoyed by the glass.
