Sayogoromo Junmai Ginjo "Miyamanishiki" is brewed using a low-temperature fermentation resulting in a gentle, restrained aroma and a clean, dry finish with creamy soft umami. Crafted in small batches by a father and son team. This sake reflects Morimoto Shuzo’s philosophy of creating food-friendly sake for everyday meals that will not be influenced by the current trends in sake making.
Calm and well-balanced, the umami gently unfolds without overpowering food, while a sharp, structured mouthfeel gives the sake a firm backbone. Enjoy chilled (10°C) or at room temperature (25°C) with a wide range of cuisines.
