The aroma is delicate yet vibrant, offering a clean floral-fruity profile while the palate remains smooth pure and elegant. Lightly seasoned dishes allow this sake to truly shine making it an exceptional match for both Japanese and Western cuisine.
It pairs perfectly with premium sushi such as toro akami and sea urchin as well as "Kaiseki cuisine" (Omakase). Its elegance also complements Italian dishes including creamy sea urchin pasta where the sake enhances the dish without overpowering it.
